The WiFi Hacking Tool That Can Take Charge Of Your Network

Hello everyone,

I am Nitin yadav(KD) back again with another write-up.

WiFi is one of the fastest and cheapest ways to connect to a network. There are many reasons why people use WiFi rather than other more traditional technologies. Since it is becoming more popular, there has also been an increase in the number of WiFi hacking tools being developed. Hackers have taken note of this fact and are developing several programs and tools that can help them use WiFi networks to access devices and networks. Now, hackers don't want to break into your bank accounts, but they do want to steal your data for other reasons.

WiFi has become the standard for internet connection for most people. Smartphones, social media, and word-of-mouth marketing have caused the usage of WiFi to increase.

Most routers have their username and password hard-coded into them, allowing anyone within the network range to exploit that vulnerability. Even routers with the default credentials may still be vulnerable to hardware hacking.

If you are interested in learning how to hack wifi, we have got the best tools for you! We have made a list of the most popular and useful applications. These tools have proved themselves and helped people all over the world.

  • Aircrack-ng Aircrack-ng is one of the most popular tools for WEP/WPA/WPA2 cracking. Utilized by penetration testers and IT professionals, Aircrack-ng is a powerful suite consisting of numerous tools designed to perform targeted attacks via wireless networks. Such attacks include, but aren't limited to: capturing packets and handshakes, deauthenticating connected clients, generating traffic, and performing brute force and dictionary attacks. Aircrack-ng is an all-in-one suite containing numerous tools that can be used for network security testing or network auditing purposes.

  • Reaver Reaver is a popular tool for hacking wireless networks. It performs brute force attacks against Wifi Protected Setup (WPS) registrar PINs to recover the WPA/WPA2 passphrase. Since many router manufacturers and ISPs turn on WPS by default a lot of routers are vulnerable to this attack out of the box.

  • Pixiewps PixieWPS is a relative tool included with Kali Linux and also targets a WPS vulnerability. Pixiewps is written in C and is used to brute force the WPS PIN offline exploiting the low or non-existing entropy of vulnerable access points. This is called a pixie dust attack. PixieWPS requires a modified version of Reaver or Wifite to work with. The main advantage of Pixiewps is its implementation and straightforward use. It uses either libpcap or WinPcap in order to sniff packets and inject the fake ones.

  • Wifite The Wifite is an automated tool to attack multiple wireless networks encrypted with WEP (also known as wired equivalent privacy) /WPA/WPA2 and WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) security. Wifite requires a few parameters to work with and get cracking!

  • Wireshark With Wireshark, you can analyze a network to the greatest detail to see what’s happening. Wireshark can be used for live packet capturing, deep inspection of hundreds of protocols, browsing, and filtering packets, and is multiplatform. Wireshark is included with Kali Linux but is also available for Windows and Mac. For certain features, you do need a Wifi adapter which is supported promiscuous and monitoring mode.

Every hacker wants to hack into a wifi network and secretly steal a user's data without anyone knowing about it. So we need a good set of tools for wifi hacking. The tools I have talked about may not be the best ones but they work perfectly. These tools can be used for free. But before that know that wifi hacking is very risky and so it's your responsibility however you use these tools.

hope you enjoy this one and I see you next time ;)

Take care and happy hacking!
